    如果一个游戏公司,搞管理的比搞开发的工资高、甚至高很多的话,那就是个问题。尤其可怕的是,这些搞管理的还不懂游戏开发、甚至不懂游戏,仅仅是因为有过管理经验、外语好、甚至年龄大显得成熟。所有决策都由管理层做出,开发者不能参政议政,只能埋头苦干而不知道上面在想什么,甚至管行政后勤的、HR的、财务的这些辅助部门,只要是个头,工资能是首席程序员或美工的2倍,这样的公司有严重的bug。瞧人家微软多重视developers,所以才那么成功。

    在美国这边还好,上海这个问题非常严重。看来即使是同一个公司,不同国家也不一样。是不是因为中国还是官僚思想太严重才会这样。
